Does a magical dinner followed by a walk in a nearby park sound nice ? Look no further than Aurora near Domino Park in Brooklyn.

AURORA

Aurora's exterior decor reminds you of an enchanted Italian garden in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. They have a heated garden, a heated street enclosure and limited indoor dining. Perfect for a birthday dinner, romantic date, or a girl's night out. Make sure to make a reservation, wear a mask, and post some pics! Link to make your reservation at the end of the post!

Besides the lovely decor, the food is simply delicious. It is a $$ Italian restaurant. They have a lunch, brunch, dinner, dessert, drink and wine list menu. I went to Aurora for my birthday dinner and ordered the branzino, which was very flavorful. My cousin had the ravioli, and it was AMAZING. I still think about that pasta sometimes.

The lunch menu option items listed are under $20. They have appetizers, pasta and sandwiches. Menu from their website linked below.

The brunch menu options listed are under $30. They have brunch options that range from yogurt, and french toast to steak. They also have salads and pasta available. Menu from their website linked below.

The dinner menu options listed are under $35 . They have dinner options that range from fish, duck to steak. Can't forget the pasta options.

Insider Tip

Most restaurants offer you their specials and make it sound EXTREMELY delicious. However, they sometimes don't mention the price SO... I recommend that if you are interested in a special menu option that you ask about the price. You will avoid being surprised when you see that hefty bill!

If you aren't sold on going to eat at Aurora, a bonus is that their service was superb. After eating at Aurora, we walked two blocks down to Domino Park. More info on Domino Park below.

*The L train, B62, Q59 are nearby. I drove there and parking didn't take that long to find.

DOMINO PARK

Domino Park offers a magnificent view of the Williamsburg bridge. You can see the cotton candy sky above the city skyline as the sun sets in the evening. The park has many features, which will be listed below. I took a lot of pictures of the sunset and walked around for thirty minutes after dinner!

The park has an elevated walkway. This walkway allows for a view from above of the city skyline, and park. ADA access is provided. Pictured on the left.

There is a kids playground in the park that was designed to resemble a sugar factory that once existed before.

There are light up fountains with seating steps to relax and get together.

You can also find Tacocina, a Mexican restaurant at the park. There is also a beach volleyball area, flex field, bocce court, and dog area. Lastly, Domino Park has socially distanced circles

drawn on the grass to allow social

distancing.
